What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or advertising trackers. The contact composer works entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for security and reliability.

Why and on what basis

We use email correspondence to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Server logs are processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

Retention

Emails are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site and our email, under contracts that require appropriate protection, or where the law requires it.
